#Xscreensaver random free

I usually don't read this forum but today I noticed this topic and I though to suggest my program.īoth free and paid version can display image file name and path. Have you used it? Do you like it? Can it also direct me to the picture if I want to do something with it other than delete? Thanks for the tip! The free version is quite basic but the paid one has lot of features and you can configure hotkeys to delete the pictures currently displayed Seems a little condescending to me but maybe that is my problem too. I don't want to use the screensaver for DAM but it would be nice if and when a photo comes up that I see that needs to something done with it that I could find exactly where it is and do whatever is necessary with it.

You are going to have to explain to me what DAM is. Ya, I know Windows can and does do the random screensaver thing but I am not real impressed with it. If you're seeing just a fraction of your photos and want to throw some of them out, there's probably hundreds or thousands of files that are just unnecessarily taking up space, back-up space, etc. You should be the one sorting and driving your image management, not a screensaver. Honestly, using a screensaver for DAM is a pretty bad idea. Windows itself can do a random screensaver for you, but you have to have the files on one spot.

I don't think there's any out there that will do this. No way to do that in Win 10 that I have found. I know there are some out there but are there any that have been installed and tried by some of you? I would like one that I could figure out where the actual photo is on my machine as sometimes, I see a picture come up in the win 10 screensaver and would like to print it off or sometimes delete it.
